So sick of the pain in my vagina 😭 been in pain for weeks and still got over a month of it left.…

I’m having the same pain 😩 my midwife told me to put maternity pads in the freezer for a couple of hours and oh my god it’s such a relief!! Plus paracetamol every 4 hours helps as well. Hope it helps x

@stephcav2211 I'm getting some pain killers right now feel like such crap like even in my sleep im being woken by the most horrible pain when I roll over feels like a head is coming out my vagina no joke 😭 xx

@k720, have you heard of spd? Sounds like it could be that xx

@stephcav2211 yeah ive read about that but doesn't mention like the vaginal erea just says the pelvis unless it means that hole area? I'm confused because my groin doesn't hurt it's littreally just inside my mini that hurts like it feels like painful to move when I've been sitting or laying still, it wakes me from my sleep, it's like a bulge in my mini which is the baby's head I just thought the pain was caused by the pressure of her head down there because she's fully engaged and dropped been this way a couple of weeks now, it's so painful and I have no idea how to describe the pain other than it feels like when your crowning, this is my 5th pregnancy all I can compare it to is the crowning pain accept obviously I'm not crowning because my cervix is fully closed it's like everything is really low though feels as if my vagina womb and baby and everything is fulling out I know that sounds disgusting but its how it feels xx

@k720, spd affects the pubic bone as well. That’s where I have most of my pain and it’s absolute agony!! Walking, turning over in bed opening my legs for anything has me in tears. I feel so heavy and swollen down there with it and it feels like it’s on fire so I totally get the crowning feeling! Maybe talk to your midwife see if there’s anything she can suggest xx

@stephcav2211 that's exactly how I'm feeling you described it perfectly it's doing me in honestly makes me even more scared about labour omg xx

@k720, speak to your midwife about it. Make her aware you have it and to put it in your notes they will offer you a epidural straight away for the pain because without it it would be impossible to give birth with the pain xx

@stephcav2211 is that right? Last time i had it and they refused to give me a epidural don't know why, i really don't want to give birth again last time i had spd and was the worst labour so I asked for a c section but they said no 😣 xx
