How many mommas have nipple rings in? I’ve had mine in for 2 years and haven’t taken them out yet because I’m scared they’ll close again. I do want to breastfeed for a few months and plan on taking them out and putting them back in after each feed.
I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...

Dad's FB Video!! Did anyone see that video a dad posted on his daughters FB page? He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

@novamber25th, that’s not what I meant. I wouldn’t ever feed with my rings in. I know better than that. I meant any issues breast feeding from having nipples pierced, like scar tissue being an issue or the piercing being done wrong causing issues etc... it’s ok though. Thank you!

@sky105 - ohhh ok. Just wanted to clarify. Yes, you definitely cannot breastfeed with nipple rings in and if anyone tells you that you can... they do not care about you or the safety of your baby.

@sky105, I took mine out in 2005. Then got implants. I had problems nursing both my boys. Supply issues and several clogged ducts. Not sure if the two are related. Might just be me.

I’m glad you asked this question. I plan on pumping and breast feeding but figured I would need a nipple shield especially since my nipples are small for my breast pump. My rings are two years in this July and I thought about removing and putting them back but every two hours? No thanks. It’s my second time on one of them but I don’t think I’ll repierce since we want another baby.

I took them out pretty early in pregnancy my nipples hurt too bad. I’m waiting until we are all done with kids before I get them redone again (this will be the 4th time) I miss them so much

@ashleyp123 - Yea, they got soooo irritated and started to get infected due to her milk coming in. Please be careful. Mastitis is NO JOKE. It is sooo painful and it feels like flu symptoms.

@cams - True! Almost happened to a friend of mine but she had to take them out in the end... she chose her baby over the nipple rings. After she is done having babies she is getting them re-done.

I do not recommend taking out/putting back in method. You’re going to make yourself prone to mastitis, touching your nipples that often.
