So I decided not breast feed . He didn’t want to breast feed but milk still came 😔im trying to figure out how to stop my body from producing milk before right now my breast feel like stone and I really dont want to have fevers

I never used cabbage leaves because I thought it was weird 😅 but I did wear a really tight sports bra day and night for about a week and they dried up

I just put cabbage leaves in my bra for about 3 days and it dried up.

Put cabbage leaves in the freezer then put them in your bra

Ice packs in your bra all day. Don’t touch them, if you massage them they will keep producing. I’ve also heard cabbage leaves in the bra work and taking sudafed, haven’t personally tried those though.
Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared lol

took me 10 minutes to pump this from both breast after feeding Ethan for 25 minutes. My milk supply is going crazy yesterday I pumped 8 bottles my milk stash is going to be great
so my husband wants to feed are baby but the thing is that I will be breastfeeding so idk how it would work. he was thinking that when he wants to feed him he would give him formula but I just want my baby to have breast milk. so then he said why don't you pump your milk out and I'll feed it to him and i thought that would be the best thing but then I'm scared that my baby will get use to the bottle. I need help idk what to do because my husband really wants to feed him :/ and we need to come up with something before are baby is here. can anyone help??
Breast Feeding mommies, Saturday is my mans bday and he wants to go out to a bar. I was thinking about having a couple beers. if I did how long would my milk be bad for?
