One year...
That’s how long it has been since we moved from our old home and that’s how long its taken our son to adjust to a new home enough to feel comfortable sitting in the bath tub again.
For so long we wondered if he would ever sit in a bathtub again. Now, it’s his favorite thing to do.
He will spend hours playing in the tub now, even long after the hot water runs out and his fingers and toes are pickled like raisins. The water mesmerizes him. He watches it intently as it falls forcefully out of the shiny silver mouth of the faucet. He runs his hands under the water and watches as it bubbles and glistens on his fingers. He leans back and sticks his toes under the enchanting waterfall of magic and enjoys the tickling sensation on his tiny feet.
His innocent curiosity and contentment from something so simple fills my heart with so much joy and reminds me of how much I loved this the same as a child. However, as much as I love being reminded of my childhood, this moment means so much more to me. Our son has overcome this step in his life. He braved the unknown and he conquered it. Every day he proves that he is here to fight and he will not surrender to any obstacle that may slow him down.
He is our tiny warrior and hero. He loves life and enjoys the simplest things about life that we may never be able to imagine or understand.
He may be mesmerized by the water, but I am mesmerized by him. ❤️
Omg my 3 and four year old was terrified to take a bath or even take their shoes off when we moved they would sleep with their shoes on
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...
@lydia09876, change can be a hard thing for some of our little ones 😊
