are contractions always painful? i was induced with my last daughter and i barely know what a contraction feels like🤦🏻♀️i just feel TONS of pressure on in my pelvic area every few mins nothing painful just uncomfortable
I just had an emergency c section May 1st. My doctor monitored my baby for over 12 hours to let me try to have a natural birth. Every time I had a contraction the baby heart rate would drop. I saw it drop from 144 to 68 with every contraction. Problem is I never felt the contractions, so I guess the answer is no. Lol
Not all contractions are painful. Its tightening of your uterus 😊 probably the pressure you're feeling. Early contractions aren't bad feeling at all. They'll get crazier. At the point you're at you should get as much rest as possible
You'll definitely know when you get them. They literally feel like the worst menstrual cramps ever and your stomach will be hard with them. I was also induced with my last daughter and also this one as well because my water broke but I wasn't dilating. But you will definitely know when it's time! Hope this helps! Good luck 😊
When I went into labor with my first I didn’t feel any pain at all until my water broke. But even then it was like mild period cramps. They gave me induction meds which caused them to be excruciating! If it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t have had hardly any pain! My great aunt said she had two tiny cramps with her first and then she was pushing. With the second she didn’t have any at all.
