So I’m timing my contractions on this app I downloaded and it just said after my last one “you should start getting ready to go to the hospital” lol my bf is like ready to drive to the hospital and I’m like “no we need to go home and I need to lay down & shower & then we will see” I don’t think this is it, they aren’t even consistently far apart. They’re like all over the place 🙄

@honeyxxbee, oh wow, but my ob refuses to check if I’m dilated so he would probably send me to the hospital to get monitored. 😒
@mokai08, Yeah now I’m home and they’ve pretty much calmed down.
Mine are sporadic like that and then they go away!!!!!!!😥
@alexistol33, yeah I feel like it can def be soon. Like I don’t think I’ll make it past this weekend but let’s see 🤷🏻♀️ maybe I go home and lay in bed and they’ll stop completely.
Mine were like that too-I had baby 2 days after they started
@polaquita, Yeah I know, that’s why I’m not trying to go yet. Some are 7 mins, some 17 mins, had one 3 mins apart 🙄🤷🏻♀️ my gut tells me it’s not time and this app is just playing with my heart!
Usually your OB will tell you to head to the hospital if your contractions are 5 minutes apart. Follow your gut though.
@leroydoom, I just killed my 3rd bottle of the day, that’s why I’m headed home to drink some water, maybe some tea, shower and see what’s up. I honestly feel it’s like I’ve been up & active since 10 am.

You’re very close to labor if you’re not in labor yet. That’s how it started for me. If it’s labor, the pain will just keep getting noticeably increased. If it’s not pain is going to ease up for now. Best of luck 🙂👍🏻
