Can i give my 1 week old gripe water? I bought some and didn't see that on the back it just had the dosage for 2-4 weeks and up. Her tummy is hurting, so I can half the dosage and give it to her? Please help lol.

My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her own when she is ready to come ! As much as I am anxious to meet her and have her home with me, those last few weeks of brain development and lung maturation means so much more to me! I'm hoping and praying that things turn around, and I don't have to get induced. I'm surely going to talk to my doctor about it Thursday when I go back.
Walking blocks & malls when I hit 36 weeks 😅 i rather walk her out than have to get induced 🤦🏾 ♀ so hopefully I can get her out before my induction date 👏🏾

@breannapitman99 I think it was 4mls I would do half usually and it will still help but 4ml is ok ask doc to be sure but it's safe

I gave my 5 day old gripe water. Didn’t do much tbh. Lots of massages and burping upright or lay her tummy on your lap and pat her back. There’s also a few tips you can look up, at the hospital the doctor showed me how to burp a newborn, place their stomachs against your shoulder and tap their backs a little firm. The pressure on their tummy from your shoulder helps.

If I’m not mistaken it says 1m and up. I wouldn’t but you can always call your doctor. They should have an after hours line
