Yes. Started a couple of weeks ago. My midwife is not concerned because it’s pretty normal. She did say to eat more fiber, eat enough greens, and of course stay hydrated!
I’ve had it and cramps right after here lately
I remember with my first I had it near the end. Im hoping I get it again with this one because doing so made it to where I didnt poop when pushing which is always one of my worries lmao
@oolaabundance, i was curious it seems to be quite frequent which I’ll be 36 weeks tomorrow and i hadn’t experienced this with other pregnancies.
Yep!! Depending how close you are- that’s how your system is preparing for baby! 😍 I remember getting it about 4 weeks before, and then 2 ish days before I actually went into labour.
@gabriellemq_, I didn’t actually experience it with my first either! But I also went 2 weeks overdue and got induced. So exciting for you!! ❤️
