Don’t worry it’s super easy once you get the hang of it but very overwhelming at first! What pump do you have? You will do great momma and your local hospital with definitely help you there’s so much help out there for first time moms😘

@melissaredfield87, my Insurance is giving me the medela electric one, double pump !

@brianamestichelli, good that’s a great one I actually had that same one before! It’s super easy to use and I also watched YouTube videos and read about it before I gave birth. Then I met with a Lactation nurse at the hospital just to make sure I was doing it right but she recommend I didn’t pump for a couple of weeks she wanted me to get used to breastfeeding first

@melissaredfield87, does the pump work the same as nursing? As far as contracting your uterus?

@brianamestichelli, heck yes it does lol that’s how you know your doing it correctly you will feel menstrual cramps
