Ok mommy's I have a tmi thing to ask ( but tbh what isn't all tmi about pregnancy xD) but since my bleeding episode from that day on I have had the runs been throwing up every thing and light almost like period cramps off an on and it started that day and it's kept going now we are going on 3 days and they said everything looked great and the monitor said I'm not having contractions so I don't get it...x.x

Have you recently had sex? That can cause irritation bleeding and cramping. I had that the last 3 times I had sex with my boyfriend and it worried me but it's not a big deal and normal. Water will definitely help the cramping if it's not contraction cramping
I have and they said they saw nothing and I'm ok x.x I'm just scared to death that they missed something but I trust there judgement and maybe I'll try to drink more water... Cup number two on my way
Are you dehydrated from being sick? Dehydration can cause all that. I’d call your doctor.
