Why is it that people say I'm stupid or crazy for raising my children with discipline and order? I have OCD, I also know babies are hard to put on schedules. There is nothing wrong with scheduling my life and color coding as well as labeling everything and training my children to be apart of the schedule. We prepared for every mishap, mistake, and crazy possible problem we can think of so we can stay as close to the schedule as possible. We also have days where we lay in bed and sleep as long as possible to just because the schedules take so much the rest of the week. Yet for some reason, I'm judged and put down for how I raise my children, but Lord help my soul if I disagree with your stupid gender fluid ideas of raising your child who's first words are cussing at everyone and you think it's cute they end up hurting animles and don't like the way life treats them. So sick of this crap!!

So, just pointing out that "gender fluid" doesn't correlate with cussing and hurting animals. That's a pretty big leap. I don't think we need to put down other's views in order to justify our own.
That being said, I do think it's admirable that you are teaching your children order and routine. Children actually crave the routine and knowing what to expect! So I think you are absolutely helping ensure your children's future success and their happiness. Good job momma! 😊 And don't let the naysayers get to you about your parenting style.

@scruffy.nerf.herder I was actually saying th gender fluid and cussing and hurting animles as a reference to a family I actually know who puts me down for how I'm raising my kid. Their children cuss at everyone and their daughter even stabbed their dog with scissors not to mention all the times their kids will kick the dog or throw things at the dog. But they don't believe in telling their kids NO or punishments. They also don't believe that it's wrong for the kids to be running around naked at 10 and 8 years old... because they're gender fluid so their bodies can be what they want and it's ok to not wear clothes to prove that point.

And just because I don't have my child on a strict schedule like you doesn't mean my child is going to be cussing and hurting "animles".
If you want respect for how you parent respect how others parent too. Personally I don't care if you have a schedule, good for you! If that's what works best for y'all go for it! Schedules don't work for me and my life, doesn't mean my kid is any less cared for than yours.

@mobo1992 since you didn't catch the rant or my other comment... I was talking about a family that has issues and how I don't agree with them letting their 10 and 8 year old kids run around naked letting everyone see them. I also don't agree with the fact that their kids hurt their dog or that they cuss at everyone and everything. It has nothing to do with if you have a schedule or not... it has to do with the fact that they are not raising their kids in a manner that will keep them out of jail later on in life and the fact that people wonder why young kids have so many issues now days anyways. I don't care if they had schedules... I care that they're not caring for their kids futures and that they call me stupid for how I'm raising mine because according to them in raising a robot since I don't let her run around naked or let her hurt other kids or animles.

@kaytibug2009 it's "animals", and I would call CPS and animal control if you are that concerned.

@mobo1992 sorry typing fast... and I have. CPS has been working a case on them for a few months now and Animal Control won't do anything without video proof now.
