I'm almost 20 weeks with twins and I've felt a little movement but not alot and it's bothering me what is going on
@erikanbethune2, do you know if they share a placenta? Mine are sharing one placenta and are in two sacs which she said makes them identical, I had one egg that split.
@jayanna.scott yeah i know what you mean they told me they were in different sacs and couldn't touch eachother but she hasn't specified if there identical or fraternal yet
@erikanbethune2, I honestly really haven’t thought much about that. I’m considered high risk because they are mo/di or “identical”.. I think I’m more worried about how I can prevent them being in the nicu. And just trying to keep them in my belly as long as I can.
@jayanna.scott well that's good I'm getting closer to feeling them r u scared having 2 at once bc i am
I’m about 22 weeks and they move a lot more now then they did 2 weeks ago (I’m having twins as well)
@erikanbethune2 I spelled peace wrong..... Or are we talking about a doppler?
A cheap doppler off Amazon might give you piece of mind.
@erikanbethune2 same here. Now she moves like crazy
@zionandbellasmama i saw in my last ultrasound at 18 weeks they were moving around like crazy i just couldn't feel it she said because they are still small
😕 i know it's nerve racking. I still get nervous.
You could always call your doctor and see if they could check and put your mind at ease.
@zionandbellasmama that helps you feel them move I have done that? I don't think I noticed anything but I could try again
Of course ! I heard some ladies say you could try drinking ice cold water.
@zionandbellasmama ok I just want to know they are doing well and happy in there
I don't think you feel twins kicking any earlier.
@erikanbethune2 yes i just have one in there
@zionandbellasmama did you just have one I feel like i would by now since im having twins
I didn't start feeling a lot of movement until about 22-23 weeks
@jayanna.scott oh idk i have to figure it out my next appt
