It’s official.. Literally any type of food gives me heartburn. 🤢

Well, I’m pretty convinced that no food triggers my heartburn. Even water or nothing at all can make it flare up. I actually have what looks like burns (irritation) in the back of my throat from it. Good times. 27 weeks today with our rainbow twins 💗

@ohnstadk, even water 😂😩 my whole family always tells me to drink water when I have heartburn and it’s so irritating to me because it makes it worse at this point

Even smelling food and water give me heart burn so I'm right there with you

@matajiregina, it’s made me cry at least two times already😓 still have a ways to go I’m 29 weeks now so I’m sure that number will grow

A www, that's exactly how my wife is. She chews tums too, but we recently found a generic liquid for heartburn at the dollar store and it actually works wonders!
