She's almost ten months now and right on track for everything. Even if babies are a bit delayed they usually catch up!
My daughter rolled over for the first time a few days shy of 4 months (she HATED tummy time because of her reflux) then didn't do it again until she started to sit up around six months. Don't stress too much about it, babies develop at their own pace
@amomandherbug 100%. When I had my first I thought the baby stage was so much work *insert eye roll here*, but once he started walking and getting into everything it was a whole different ballgame and a different kind of hard.
@ib.crazyskittles18 you need to give yourself and your son a tremendous break. Comparing your son to others will never make either of you feel better. Everyone is different and learns at different paces. Don't rush the baby stage. Even if you don't like it now, one day you will miss it.
@triquetra.hmj he is 4 months and not grabbing for toys and your daughter is 4 months and you said she already rolled but he doesnt do either
Don't worry so much. You never see a 5 year old stuck on their back. He'll get there

Try to stop setting such high expectations. He is 3 months old. He is trying his best and learning at a perfectly normal rate. Just because you don’t enjoy the “baby stage” doesn’t mean he will grow up and hit milestones any faster. All you’re going to do is put pressure on him to excel and make yourself upset when it doesn’t work. Obviously, all babies grow up eventually. Just be patient with him.
He will. Some babies just take longer than others. My daughter didn’t roll over until 5 months ish and our doctor said it doesn’t become a concern until 6 and even then. Babies do their thing.
No dear if he was born Feb 2nd then he would have been 1 month on March 2nd, 2 months on April 2nd, 3 months on may 2nd and 4 months on June 2nd
