People that say u can't lose weight while breastfeeding it isn't true what so ever I am losing weight and EBF!! Trust me it's hard to just walk away from all the foods u love but if u want to look great and feel great and b healthy for ur babies u have to do what u have to do!!! But you have to want to lose weight nobody can do it for u:)!! Super excited I'm dedicated to lose more weight!!
