My 9.5 month old has been having sleep issues for the last three weeks, figuring it's the sleep regression that's due around this time. She's also teething.

At first she was waking up for about an hour in the middle of the night, now it's just constant tossing and turning, waking up a lot, etc. Thankfully we co sleep though or I'd go insane 😂

My 4 month old stopped sleeping through the night a few days ago. Figured it's regression or a growth spurt because he is hungryy

8 month sleep regression.

🤚 Mine did! He would wake for an hour at around 3am. It was ruining our sunny dispositions. I figured out he was napping too long during the day. I shaved 15 min off both naps, and he’s back to sleeping.
