I’m a fan of the griddle best, it helps keep everything together & with most you can’t even see them. They make me feel so good after baby!

Yes but i wish i did it religiously and started day 1 postpartum! It would of really helped me bring the muscles together

@mar_la It helps with stomach muscles....I could tell a difference when I wasn't wearing it.....I didn't think it would do anything. My hospital offered one when you leave and I took it....I wish I would have spent money on one because it was too big. I still wore it!
