I was going to do the Epsom salt bath, that helps with dilation also.

So basically use all the bags in the box for the 4 cups of water to make it Strong af?

@sheenese17 ive never heard the epsom salt thing, I took 2 or 3 epsom salt bath a week for a while with my first pregnancy because hemorrhoids and I never dilated
