I got the job!!
Soooo,
Do i tell them I’m pregnant at the same time as i accept the job? I’m afraid they’ll find a way to give the position to someone else

Don’t tell them until you’re no longer on probation. I made the mistake in telling my boss I was pregnant and got fired for “looking like I didn’t like my job.” So they will find any B.s excuse to fire you before, so they don’t get in trouble.

@thisisdwarren, thanks!!
You can always wait til you find out the second. Many ppl wait til they are in their second trimester to tell their jobs if your not high risk ☺️. Congratulations
I told because my interview was when I was 14 weeks pregnant. Since it’s my third I already had a little bump. I didn’t not want to keep quite then randomly walk in one day with a big bump lol. Plus they can’t really not hire you because of that, That’ll be discrimination. At least in here. My manager said she doesn’t care about that as long as I show up and let her know when I have appointments. Which I told her I can make appointments during the morning since my shifts are usually evenings since that’s when my husband comes home from work and he can keep and eye on the kiddos.
they cant do that you've been hired, unless its physical labor
@yestatipa, wth that’s crazy!!!

@laniejay, @taylorsmommy1017, @sandraluvx, thanks girls
I wouldn’t say anything and plus you’re not obligated
Unless it would interferes with your job functions - you are not obligated to tell them.
@expectinggreatness, okay thank you! I don’t think I’ll be heavy lifting
@mamabear33016, that’s an amazing job and i can tell it’s perfect for you
@leslyev92, i definitely need the money so I’ll have to hide it!
No need to tell them this early ... wait till your second trimester unless you are getting a job that will require heavy lifting
@kellynicole, listen you eat or get eaten. If you need the money rn, take the opportunity and when you start showing tell them and you’ll already be up and going so they can’t fire you. But if you say something rn they could come up with a bs excuse to not hire you! If you need the $ idk 🤷🏻♀️
@mamabear33016, wow that’s amazing
