I had to go back to the hospital yesterday
Because I started having more contractions and my baby hasn’t been really active like she usually is .
They told me I’m still at 4cm dilated and 60% effaced
Idk what that means 60% effaced?

Yes they want me to keep her in for at least 37 weeks .
Okay well sounds like your doctor's are on track with the 37/38w labor. Hang in there.

Usually when I move a lot or when I get mad I start contracting
You're having pain though? It will still help to roll your hips around on the ball and spread your legs in a squat. You won't go into labor from those don't worry 😂
@kambam, no because I’m only 35 weeks they want me to wait until 37 for baby to come .

your cervix has to thin to 100% before labor. So, you got a little bit to go. Have you been walking, squatting, bouncing on ball?
