Did you work before leave? Can you get disability or other payment from your state or job? Are there any bills you can cut? Can you go without cable, lower your internet plan, conserve power? Little things make a difference. We never had cable and I’m glad because it’s such a waste of money! Are there government programs or state programs you can apply for help? You might qualify without your income and that extra family member, if not, still apply, I know WIC can extend their max income in certain cases.

I’m in the same situation except I work but I only make $300-$400 a month ! That pays just our phone bill ! Hope it gets better for you .. I’m due at the end of September so nothing I can really do until November when I can get a better job... being pregnant & leaving work in the beginning of September, no one wants to hire me so I’m stuck at this job...

I feel you girl! I’m so ready to have this baby and get back to work, our bills have barely been getting paid with just one income. It’ll be easier once things settle down after baby is born, I can’t help but to stress myself out thinking about it but you know in the end even if some of your bills don’t get paid you’re still here! Keep your head up!

You? Nothing. Relax & I’m saying it from experience. If my bf read this he’d tell me to take my own advice lol it’s not easy living off of one salary, I’m anxious to get back to work, especially because I make more $ but rn at the point we are at there’s nothing to do, we just need to chill, let the man take care of what he can and bare with him while we make this baby. Once the baby is born and we’ve recuperated then we can think about what to do.
