Dr yesterday said I'm 50% effaced but I went from being almost a three dilated to a one. I don't know how one goes backward but hey I did. She swept my membranes but IDK if it will work based off above info. :-)

@leslyev92, @ceceandgianny216, Dilation/contractions are based on a positive feedback loop so if you take away a stimulus then you become less dilated? That’s my reasoning. I don’t see why it wouldn’t be posible lol

It could depend on the person checking your dilation too.
