Waist training after birth ... any advice or recommendations?!

I have this belly band and it’s really helped!

I did it with my first child worked wonders but didn't do it this time around

I helped me just make sure you do it the correct way so you don't hurt yourself and I'd also ask your doctor if you wanted to start immediately.
