Genesis had her Kasai surgery n in the picu recovering , thanks for all the prayers. But her liver is severely scarred . So we just gotta wait and see if get surgery worked
My cousin lost her 9 year old during surgery. He had surgery to put his heart back inside his body while in the womb, had surgery when he was born as well. Now had surgery once again and never woke up. Prayers for my cousin and her husband that they have the strength to stay strong during this tragic time 😭
Hello Moms and Moms-to-be! Long time member @junesmommy15 has a 4-month old son that was born with an undescended testicle, meaning it hasn’t come down into his scrotum yet. Her pediatrician explained that they will wait until he’s 6 months to see if the testicle will fall down on its own. If it does not, they will perform surgery to pull it down. Her doctor told her if her son does not have the surgery to correct it, an undescended testicle may cause infertility and testicular cancer as an adult. She’s very worried about the surgery and she’s praying it comes down on its own. If anyone has experience with something like this, please message her or leave comments below. Moms, Two-month old Athena, daughter of @Athenas_mommy, is having cranial surgery for a fused forehead that she developed in the womb. The doctors are reconstructing her entire forehead, which will leave her unable to see for a week or so. And her recovery may be a long process. Update on Isabella ? So as you may know She had heart surgery At 10 weeks old a lot earlier than expected As she went into heart failure! The surgery went as well As it could as her heart was more complicated than expected! Well after surgery they realised she had two holes, one was bigger than they would like and was a concern! They have been seeing her every 2-4 weeks since and we're talking about surgery again! And a procedure where they put a catheter in her groin to go and check the pressure in her lungs as the holes could be damaging them. She's on 3 different meds two twice a day and 1 3 times a day and has been since a week old! I've stopped her two reflux meds and she's fine ? today her
