You could still have a small celebration, like a cook out and cake and games.

You could still have a baby shower just tell everyone to bring diapers as gift since you still have everything from the first baby.

Have a book party. You will cover the cost of food and everything but are inviting everyone to come and share in celebrating baby #2. Put on the invite "With all the blessings that have already been showered on us we ask you to come as you are, if you would like to bring a gift we ask for books or personalized items special for (name)."
