I read that it's not okay to take during 3rd trimester. I was on two different medications for anxiety while pregnant with my youngest. Wasn't put on Lexapro till after I was done breastfeeding. When I get a bfp I'm gonna switch from Lexapro to something that is proven safe during pregnancy. There haven't been very many studies of Lexapro & human pregnancies, but the best thing would be to talk to your dr about it.
