I hate having social anxiety so bad... today a mom was yelling for her toddler to stop her bike so she wouldn't go in…

I hate having social anxiety so bad... today a mom was yelling for her toddler to stop her bike so she wouldn't go in the road. Me and dd were right there so I turned to stop the bike just incase. The mom said thank you, I said you're welcome. The entire rest of our walk I was worried she didn't hear me & that I came off as annoyed / rude about it.


Even as I was replaying it and thinking about it I was like why does it even matter? Why am I worried about this? It's so dumb. Lol

Lol I'm glad I'm not the only person. So is always like "don't care what people think about you", but it isn't that, I don't care too much what people think of me. I just really don't get it. Why is that my brains natural reaction to a conversation?

What would you do? - baby shower SO my mom has been very negative about the baby my entire pregnancy. Especially in the beginning, she said the most HORRIBLE things about me, my DH and my unborn baby. Like that I was making a big mistake, that I was making her 2015 the worst year ever... etc etc. Even when she would do nice things she made me feel like I was a HUGE inconvenience and a burden to her. She told me to definitely NOT expect a shower or anything like that from her. Fine, whatever, I don't need her, I didn't have this baby for her to raise. I'm married, living on my own and paying all my own expenses.

He saw a post she made where she bashed her parents and cursed them, called them lazy and told them they should pay her for stuff she did around the house... So he called her out on it and put the video on her page!! Sorry if I missed a post already about this already, but I just saw the video and IT WAS AWESOME!!! Hahahhaa!
