So pinterest is the queen of conflicting information, so I just wanted to ask someone real, is dairy good or bad when you're ttc? I've been eating full fat yogurt every day since last month because I read somewhere it was good for fertility, but I'm also seeing a lot of stuff saying dairy is awful for fertility and you shouldn't touch it basically until you are done having kids and finished breastfeeding, and THEN there's also awful vague posts that hover in between and say to avoid 'conventional dairy' (a direct quote) whatever tf that means... like, I know that in the end yogurt isn't going to determine whether or not I have a child, but the different information is so irritating!

I’ve done a lot of research on milk and diary products and the more you get into it the more you read that it’s not that great for us. If you are drinking milk or consuming dairy it is best to choose whole milk, organic product, and grass fed. That might be the reason why you are reading information to stay away from dairy. I think if you choose whole foods (not processed) lots of healthy fats, fruits and veggies you are keeping your body at its best running condition.
