Feeling utterly stupid. After my 3 yr old terrorist and taking care of my 1 yr old medically fragile child, the fact my husband still isn't home and has been at work 13 1/2 hours I put them to bed came outside and just balled my eyes out. Stuff usually doesn't bother me so bad, stupid hormones.

I’m not sure it’s just the hormones, that sounds like a rough day!! Give yourself time to cry but also try to give yourself a break, recruit the help of someone close, family, friend or even neighbor if you need too and your husband can’t be there. You’re working so hard so lift your chin and don’t be afraid to reach out for help!
