I’m having unbearable hip pain 😥 & I’m only 20 weeks. I didn’t experience this pain with my other 2 kids.
@_iamrae, they came on sooner with each pregnancy. It started about 5 months with my first. 3 months with my second. Around about 2 months a little sooner with my third. Not long at all after I found out. It stayed the same pain level with my first two when it came but my third it progressively got worse as time went on
@d.j112811, LOL. I feel you girl
@nicolee____, lucky you! you’re almost done girl. Hang in there. I know it feels like it’s taking forever for you to deliver lol. Feels like I have a life time to go
@_iamrae, yea thats why I was worried too! It happend before I even had a big belly lol and now its worse 🤧 I just want it to be my due date I want to feel normal again lol
@d.j112811, me and you both! I’m so done after this lol. I’ve always said 3 was my number of kids then it’s time to stop. I’m grateful that I’m able to get pregnant but no matter how hard I try to enjoy it, it’s hard to at times. Pregnancy definitely takes a toll on our bodies no matter how active you are.
@nicolee____, I’m convinced that this is normal from what everyone is saying. At first I was panicking because I figured it’s too early to have this pain. I feel so lazy because all I want to do is lay in bed. I’m thinking about getting a body pillow but then again if I’m still going to be uncomfortable, what’s the point 😩 my mom told me to stop sleeping on my sides but sleeping on my back puts pressure on my stomach. I’m just going to have to suck it up lol
Also I NEVER had this with my first born which is wierd lol it definitely sucks though
I have had this since about 18-19 weeks as well! I thought something was wrong because if I lay a certain way for a long time and I try to get up I am in excruciating pain!! It sucks so bad 😪 been dealing with it until now. I mentioned it to my OB she said its common with the second child and to not worry about it. I did end up buying a pregnancy pillow and it helps alot but I am still so uncomfortable 😞
@d.j112811, so maybe it’s a girl thing lol 🤷🏾♀️. I agree about the pillow. I’m going to look on amazon for one. Things are always cheaper on there. I think it would give me the cushion that my hips need bc my bed is firm.
@mamakei95, That’s awful. Were you having those pains early or late in the pregnancy?
@stackbarb85, that’s a good idea. I was just telling my husband I needed to stretch more
I had this with all three of my pregnancies. My first two only when I laid down. My last was the worst. My legs would give out and when I would go to stand up I couldn’t straighten myself out all the way for a few minutes. It would bother me when I walked mainly on one side but it did hurt on both sides. My left side was the bad side though. My dr. Said it was the flexors in my hips and that I should go to PT. I never ended up going and was in pain the whole time.
@d.j112811, what are you expecting? I’m having a girl. When I was pregnant with my boys, I didn’t have issues in my 2nd trimester. My mom told me it’s bc I’m having a girl lol do you have a body pillow?
@d.j112811, it’s as worse as contractions! I almost fell today bc my right leg gave out. I’m definitely going to talk to my midwife at my appt this week. Hope you feel better ❤️
@wishing434ever, I can’t sleep at night either! I’m having pressure down there too 😩. I’m guessing it’s because I sleep on my sides but it hurts even when I walk. I remember having the same pain with my last pregnancy but I was 38 weeks when it started happening. Thank you! I hope you feel better too. I’m going to buy a body pillow lol
23 weeks now and have been having this awful pain too! It woke me up last night it was so bad. Hope you feel better!
I just wiped down there and I’m bleeding bright red blood but I don’t feel any pain and the baby’s not moving right now anyone experience that before this far along? I’m 36 Weeks
What will my doctor do if I tell her I’m depressed and I can’t handle the pain anymore because I’m very uncomfortable at this point and I don’t know how much longer I can be like this.
I have a low tolerance of pain so I’m screwed either way 😂 but I am going to get through a natural birth no matter what!
Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful?
I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
I’m having constant pain down on my belly
@mamakei95, oh wow, I’m going to try a few things to help the pain go away.
