Find what she's comfortable with, a potty that sits on the floor or one that goes over the commode, just introduce her to the potty but don't pressure her to sit down right away. Its really up to whether or not she feels ready with how quickly it happens. My son was nearly four but once he was ready, he was trained within in a week.
Is she showing any signs that she might be ready? Telling you when she goes potty, wanting to be changed because she doesn't like her diaper being dirty, etc
Potty chart worked so well for my step sister when she was 1 and a half ! She was completely trained by her second bday ! We bought a pink poster board and a bunch of stickers of her favorite characters and every time she peed we gave her 1 sticker , poop was 2 stickers , if she told us she had to pee or went to the toilet on her own it was 2 stickers and if she told us she had to poop or went to the potty by herself to poop she got 5 . When she gets 25 stickers she gets a prize or goes out for ice cream (: when shit hits 100 she got to go on a small trip to like this zoo we had near us . Tickets were super cheap so lol
Also, pull ups were a waste of time and money in my experience, Damien just thought they were another type of diaper so I went straight to regular underwear.

My tip is don't force it before they're ready or it will be a complete disaster, lol
