@penelope127 I see. I've been to jj once and I chose that I like the bread that they pull of of theirs more so I've not been back. One sandwich won't hurt you. I mean I wanted tea my whole pregnancy and Dr told me one a month is better then none and thinking I'm dying. If you can hold out good for you but I gave into what I wanted and in much happier now.

@jaquelinerachelle I think I definitely fail at following caffeine rules during my pregnancies. I swear it's like a craving for me

Caffeine is 200 mg. I buy the Foldgers Half caff coffee so it’s not as much caffeine as the full amount.

I eat subway and arbys all time as long as its heated for at least 35 seconds its okay to eat as far as meats and cheese goes.

You can have those things in moderation. It's a certain number of milligrams of caffeine allowed. The smallest red bull, while it may not be ideal or recommend, it has the max of caffeine we are allowed per day....of course along with other things.
