Is baby ever going to move

I've always been told how baby boys you carry them low. But I thought that by now he would have moved up. I'll be 26 weeks tomorrow and he sit feels so low I literally feel like he's punching or kicking me down there. I constantly feel the pressure like when you can't hold it anymore but I use the washroom and I hardly pee. I guess all the pressure is him. The highest I've felt his kicks are only up to my belly bottom. I haven't even gotten a bump yet all the have is a little bulge below my belly bottom. Will he ever move up or will he just hang down there the rest of the time being? Is anyone having this same things?
