baby won't eat!!!

My baby (4 months actual, 1 month adjusted) wont eat. She had shots 3 days ago, and has been sleeping way more than usual. At her feedings, she only eats about an ounce and then falls right back asleep. I'm talking about like a coma like sleep. I've tried many different bottles and nipples and nothing works. She clamps her jaw shut when she us awake and I try to feed her. Could she just be tired? Will she eat when she wants to, or should I take her into the hospital. Do you think I can wait until tomorrow and make a Dr appt. Help):
