Fever!

I am a first time mommy at 18 years old ? and I am 9 weeks and 3 days today and for the past week I've been having sever body and head aches. I checked my temperature right now and I am 99.7. Last night I also had a fever. My body aches and headaches are so bad that they keep me from being able to sleep and it hurts to be walking around. Idk what to do! ?
