Charlotte's headed home today! After 123 days in the NICU, I will finally have my rainbow baby baby home. Charlotte is 4 lbs 6 oz, which is over triple her birth weight. And four months old today! She is still not an excellent eater, so we're coming home with her feeding tube. But hopefully not for too long. I am so excited. But also incredibly nervous. I've never taken care of such a small human before. I'm so excited to have my family together.
