sex in marriage

Im having major issues with my hubby who is pushing me to have sex. We have only done it once since i had ds 4 months ago. I had a large tear that required a few stitches. Its catches and hurts everytime i even think about sex. I've tried explaining that it hurts me and that if it hurt him he wouldn't do it either but he keeps thinking its something he can fix! He expects me to "take care" of him when im not wanting it but i keep telling him why would i when I'm not getting anything in return and it's not enjoyable. He said he isn't happy in the relationship anymore because he thinks sex is the only way to have a good marriage. I seriously don't know what to do. Help me
