Giving birth

Okay I don't know if I'm the only one but this is my first baby and I do want my SO in the delivery room, but I'm feeling a little self conscious about him watching me down there. I've seen birth, I watched my sister deliver my niece and although it's a beautiful moment it's also kind of gross to watch lol. And I'm just afraid my SO will think of my vagina differently after watching that. He's very mature so these insecurities are probably all in my head. I just don't want it to effect our sex life after. Did anyone else feel this way? Am I being crazy? What can I do to get over this fear?
