3 nights of Stims ultrasound

I have taken 3 nights of ivf meds and had my first bloodwork and ultrasound appt today to see how I'm responding. I have 8 follicles and 1 was at 11 the rest under 10. Just so crazy how not even 2 years ago I had 46 eggs retrieved.... I guess quality over quantity ?
