Bad luck?

I have done 7 transfers and have used 8 of my pgs embryos that have either not implanted or miscarried. After our 6th failure we did the ERA test and found I had a displaced window of implantation and needed an extra day on progesterone. For my 7th transfer I did thr extra day on progesterone and then transfered pgs embryos 7 &8 but miscarried after fabulous beta numbers. We go to transfer our last two pgs embryos in a few short weeks before we decide on the next steps. None of my embryos were created with icsi but I highly doubt that has been our issue. Maybe it's been bad luck but I doubt it.
