Gestational Carrier Question

Hi ladies and any men in here as well. I'm wondering for those of you who pursued a gestational carrier how you went about finding your carrier if you didn't use an agency? I'm having a very hard time finding someone that has health insurance coverage. I am trying to gather some ideas if any one has any for me. After 7 embryo transfers and 3 miscarriages with pgs embryos we belive it is time to move on.
