5 failed cycles of ivf

My beta at 13dp5dt - 166, beta at 15dp5dt - 122, beta at 17dp5dt - 155, beta at 20dp5dt - 182, beta at 22dp5dt 259. They think I'm having an ectopic. We had transfered two embryos so maybe initially both implanted then one miscarried and one is ectopic? I will have an ultrasound this week to see if I need a shot or not. These were two pgs tested embryos.
