Competing with electronics

Does anyone else ever feel like they are competing with their so's phone or video games? The past few days I definitely feel that way. A few months ago we had a major marriage and trust issue and had been doing amazing. As of lately I just feel like I come 3rd, and our kids come after me. He stays up later than me playing his game and then wakes up and is on it for an hr... and he checks his social media every hr or two.
