Hi so I'm a FTM but I have been seeing lately a lot of posts about birth balls. What are they for? How do you use them? When can you start using them? TIA.?
ladies what sort of birthing ball do you all have? I'm looking at gym balls in argos at the mo.... ...also, what do you do on them?? never used one before

has anyone used Mirena as birth control? if so did it help your periods or make them worse? also does it make you gain weight?
