Mo/Di Twins

Went to the ER last night with spotting and back pain.... I’m about 6 weeks along... I was told that I’ve got one gestational sac with two yolk sacs... But no fetal poles definitively identified.... She said I am probably just very early & the diagnosis is mo/di twins!!!! I’m still spotting periodically, my hcg is great but my progesterone is borderline low. Tell me your experiences ladies!!! I’m scared s*** less.
