HCG levels. #worried #confused

So I went and got my HCG levels done yesterday and they were 2119 then today I had them done again and they were 4721 so they more than doubled however, when I went in for an early ultrasound they couldn't see a sac. They said they only saw a cystic structure. They said it could be too early as I am only 4 weeks 4 days. I just thought that since my HCG were so high I would at least see the sac possibly even twins. . I just don't understand.

My hcg was 2,500 at 4+5 with my latest pregnancy. We went in at 5+5 because of bleeding and had a beautiful sac. Went again at 7 weeks and saw baby growing perfectly with a great heartbeat. I know it can be super scary. Try to relax and enjoy this time. Trust me I know it's much easier said than done. Sending you lots of love and prayers for you and baby(s)! Hey love, I am doing well. I am trying to just relax with my honey and stay hydrated. Its kind of strange because my levels are so high but I feel perfectly fine. I have a ultrasound scheduled for September 20th when I'll be 6 weeks and 3 days. So I'm hoping for great news. Thank you so much for checking on me I really appreciate that. How are you doing/feeling today hun? ❤️

So good to hear! I can't wait for the update once you have the ultrasound! Glad you're feeling well also. With our first I felt great the entire pregnancy. My only symptom was food aversion. It was such an awesome experience! Today has been a wonderful day. Really appreciative for everything and everyone and just really feeling loved today. ?

So I got my results for hcg on Wednesday it was 174 and Saturday it is 329??? I still think it's very low but they said it's a defo pregnancy but very early and I need to go for a scan next Tuesday??? And your had low hcg levels what was your 2nd level after 48hrs

Update so apparently I was 6 weeks pregnant went ane last night as I was getting this dark brown cm loads of it, and they done a blood test hcg levels were quiet high, had a scan this morning and there was a sac so they said it was likely a chemical pregnancy but there was a sac seen, so yeah thats the update, they said my last period was most likely implantation bleeding, but im OK at least I know now 🙂 it happens

on the 6th October I did 2 test with 2 lines , 3rd test was clear blue digital and was positive 2-3 weeks I was waiting for a month for a midwife appointment.. so yesterday I started bleeding went today for a scan and they go to me no sac .. but can see a cyst or a sac outside the womb so therefore she did another test there and it was negative .. she said if it was positive it would have been ectopic pregnancy but because it was negative she said it's miscarriage. Has anyone else been through this as am so confused ?? As some saying maybe I wasn't pregnant at all and it gave me positive results

Ladies so my appointment went great I’m measuring at 5 Weeks and 3 days but still only a sac on the sonogram 😞 this is the first for me so imagine my reaction has this happened to anyone? The doctor said im too early and it’s normal but still I was a little bummed out
