Super sad
After saying I'm not giving up on pumping my supply dropped dramatically and I'm only getting 1 to 2 ounces every pump. So now my girls r getting more formula then breast milk. I have no idea what's going on but I'm so upset and scared I can't get it back up. I'm going to give a lactation consultant a call and hopefully I can meet soon to figure out the problem.

Awe that sucks!! I hope you can figure out a way to get your supply back up that doesn't require you to be chained to the pump all day!

Ugh. I'm sorry. This sucks. You must be so tired.

I have been reading your posts and it's tough. Let's hope for the best. No matter what the out ome is, you are a great momma. ?

I hope the LC can help you figure it out but you have done an amazing job either way. Whatever happens those baby girls have a wonderful mommy that feeds them with love. That's what matters!

Aw sorry. I hope the LC can help. I read something recently though about it being so mental. So I wonder if worrying about it/thinking, "I have a low supply" might be effecting how much you can pump.
I really don't know but I thought id throw it out there.

Without knowing your routine, I can throw out what I did as an EPer in the beginning
Pump every 3 hours, including at night
Massage/compress breasts while pumping
After the first letdown finishes turn the pump off and rest a couple minutes, turn it back on and get a second letdown
Drink/eat plenty, gatorade, lactation cookies, fenugreek (though I had to quit that due to LO getting painful gas)
You are a rock star for gong this long mama!

I agree that it's mental/stress related. Just tell yourself that "I CAN and I WILL" and keep working. It's been a struggle for me too (although not like yours I know).
You can do a power hour too - 10 min on, 10 min off for an hour.
Also watch videos or your babies, read, try to do something to distract you while you pump. For me, just sitting there and watching the bottles in a panic just made things worse.
