My MFM said they usually stay put after 32 weeks, but obviously (based on previous post) there is no guarantee!

I also had a twin just flip after spending months "ready to go". I was 35.5 weeks when the flip happened

Our twins were head down the entire time until baby B decided to flip at 28 weeks. She's been breached ever since. I'm hoping she flips back to head down eventually.

U ladies aren't giving me hope :( Jk

I figured they still have time to move but I'm hoping they stay this way. It's the only way I can have a vbac my doctor said they both have to be head down.

My midwife said that I could do vaginal as long baby A was down and if baby B was breeched the doc would just help out (im assuming breech is his specialty lol)

Normally my doctor would do it that way but since I had a previous csection they have alot stricter rules about it at the hospital.

I am 24 weeks and they keep moving so both are transverse

I had a surgery that was just like a csection and my doctor will let me go vaginal as long as baby a is head down. She's trained in breech extraction if baby b is breech

Baby a has been head down since 20 weeks and b transverse. I'm hoping they stay that way. But I'm not counting on it lol. I have my 29 week appt on Monday so crossing fingers. My doc says that they usually stay head down after 28 weeks.

Yea my doctor won't let me unless both r head down because of my pelvic bone is so narrow she's worried about having 1 vaginally and ending up having to do a csection with the other one.
