Sciatic nerve pain
I've been having really bad sciatica pain for a month or so now. I've been to my chiro 4 times, he has helped the pain heaps but I'm still having the shooting pains when I sit down. He said at my last visit that he can't do anything else for me because my hips and back are fine so it would be a waste of money to go back again. I'm not sure what else to do because the pain is still there. Has anyone got any ideas on what else I could try? It's so painful and it really makes looking after my 2 kids hard ?

It's lower back pain that can happen when then sciatica nerve has been pinched or your back/hips are out. It shoots down into the bum, hips, legs and feet. It's really really painful ?
I was having bad back problems a couple years ago and had seen the chiro a few times. My back would feel good for a little while after she'd treat me then the pain would return. I ended up going to an osteopath once! He pin pointed my pain straight away and gave me a few gentle exercises to do at home to help treat (and prevent) more issues. Since then my back has never been anywhere near as bad.
I hope you get some relief soon as it's so frustrating trying to get stuff done when you're in pain.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
