It's lower back pain that can happen when then sciatica nerve has been pinched or your back/hips are out. It shoots down into the bum, hips, legs and feet. It's really really painful ?

I was having bad back problems a couple years ago and had seen the chiro a few times. My back would feel good for a little while after she'd treat me then the pain would return. I ended up going to an osteopath once! He pin pointed my pain straight away and gave me a few gentle exercises to do at home to help treat (and prevent) more issues. Since then my back has never been anywhere near as bad.

I hope you get some relief soon as it's so frustrating trying to get stuff done when you're in pain.

I found some exercises/stretches on YouTube that really helped me with my sciatica. They worked an absolute treat and it's natural and of course free. Basically it's just some stretching...

I'm not pregnant, I had it really bad on pregnancy too. My youngest is 10 months old and it's back in full force ?

No advice really, I had sciatic pain in both my pregnancies and it went away when I gave birth. My GP only really recommended rest and panadol, and a pregnancy pillow helped me sleep (I used to wake up in pain and have pain if I turned over). Hope it goes away soon.
