Hi girls, we have just moved house and hand the keys in tomorrow. there is no damage to the property, it's been scrubbed clean and just had the carpets professionally cleaned. What's the go if they come back wanting to take money out of bond for something?

if they get ridiculously nit picky, i just go back to them and make it clear that the place is in same, if not better condition then when you moved in, and thy usually give in. that's assuming there's no damage, just f they're being silly about dust on blinds or something.
I have learnt the hard way - as cat said - be super super thorough in your initial lease inspection lists - thn return it to them in the state you received it
What everyone else said but also make sure when you fill in your inspection report when you move in write down absolutely everything and be picky to. So write every mark, scratch, if anything is dirty or broken so that when you do move they can't blame you. I know they do one and they get most of it but they can miss things and best you are picky so if they come back back and blame you you can say it waa like that when you moved in

The property manager is kind of ditzy and laid back so hopefully she doesn't pick at everything lol.
When we have moved they have always told us what needs doing if anything damage or not clean enough on final inspection, if any damage they will find contracters or whoever and then they take the mone from the bond and if it isnt all used they then give the whats left back....
And yes they will nit pick everything!!!Even be prepared to be told its not clean enough!
Typically they tell you on inspection if they're not happy. Bond clean is so different though and I've always found they are so nit-picky.
In my experience if they're not happy they'll ring you and let you know why. We've always had the opportunity to go back and fix it or they'll offer you their cleaner (by offer I mean push down your throat for their cleaner).
But if there's no damage to the property then they have no reason to take a portion of the bond.
Just make sure you take photos of everything as proof - just in case.
Eta - oh and definitely give them a copy of the receipt for the careers ☺️
